As a proactive value driver, I move the ball forward with energy, creativity and collaboration in order to facilitate problem solving with a customer-centric approach. I enjoy translating complex and ambiguous ideas into simplified, human centered design solutions that elevate industry standards and push market innovation. By utilizing data and empathy to inform decisions, I effectively motivate cross-functional teams to execute against roadmap initiatives. I recently received my master’s degree in UX Design (December 2022) on my path towards becoming a product operations and strategy leader.

With a passion for fostering human connection and both personal and professional growth, I bring a people-first approach to project and stakeholder management. My ability to understand user needs has allowed me to develop and optimize scalable cross-functional processes that streamline operational efficiencies. Through previous PR and account management experiences, I have been successful in embodying brand identity and building trust in order to cultivate long-term and strategic relationships. As a classically-trained violinist, dedication to excellence in order to master a technical craft comes as second nature to me.

My career thus far has brought me in-house and agency experiences working with Fortune 500 clients across many industries, including adtech, fintech, telecom, entertainment and CPG. This diverse exposure has strengthened my ability to understand client needs, motivations and pain points in order to tailor custom solutions that move the needle.
